1. When can I join the Live Clean health coaching program?

As soon as you jump onboard you will have 1:1 support from a Vibrantly Healthy mentor and immediate access to the program for 12 weeks.

2. Can I just do one month of the program?

We'd love to say yes but our community is all about transparency and truth in wellness so before we go any further we would like to share why this program is an absolute minimum of 12 weeks. Regardless of what you read all over the internet there is no 10, 21 or 30 day program that will reverse years, perhaps even decades, of poor dietary and lifestyle choices. There is no quick fix to living a life of vibrant health! The intention of this program is to teach you step by step, how to remove potential underlying causes of ill-health and at the same time to give your body what it needs to heal and rebalance itself. To live a life of sustainable wellness takes time.

3. Why is the Live Clean health coaching program a minimum of 12 weeks?

Breaking lifelong habits is hard! The research shows it takes at least 12 weeks to form new habits, and for those habits to take hold in your life without further effort. The Vibrantly Healthy program is not based on any dietary dogma or fad, nor is it about calorie counting, deprivation, meal replacements or excessive exercise! We are committed to helping you achieve the lasting changes you are aiming for.

4. Can I do the Live Clean health coaching program without purchasing one of the Nutrition Collections?

Great question! Unfortunately not. Like many, we used to think that as long as we eat a healthy diet we don't need to supplement but after 14 years of combined research of the causes of dis-ease and the effects of nutritional deficiencies we have no doubt that in today's age, sadly a healthy diet just isn't enough. Modere's high quality supplements and Live Clean products are a large contributor to the success of this program hence the commitment to 12 weeks of targeted support to ensure you get the best results and to restore balance, energy, and stamina.

5. Why is the Live Clean health coaching program 'high plant-based?'

In our experience, dietary dogmas often lack flexibility or are interpreted to suit everyone. In saying this, many dietary dogmas have fabulous aspects to them and if done well can be very successful. We believe that one of the most powerful steps you can take to improve your health, alkalise, boost energy levels, balance your hormones, support your body to heal and prevent chronic disease, is to transition to a high plant-based, organic 'diet.' Simply a way of eating that includes more vegetables, fruits, non-gluten grains, legumes, sea vegetables, sprouts, nuts, seeds, and minimally processed foods that are as close to their original form as possible. Small amounts of animal protein may be beneficial for some. We don't like to label a way of eating but if anything - it's a 'flexitarian' approach incorporating more nutrient dense, whole, fresh foods.

6. If I am vegetarian, vegan, raw, paleo or keto will the Live Clean health coaching program be suitable for me?

Absolutely! We simply endorse a fresh, organic, seasonal, high plant-based, nutrient-dense way of eating. Within the program we explore a diverse diet of different colours and textures, including vegetables and fruits, different sources of protein, legumes, nuts, and seeds. It really doesn’t matter if you favour an omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, keto, mediterranean, macrobiotic diet, planetary diet or any combination of the above - the Live Clean program is a place where we all come together with a mutual respect for our individual preferences.

7. Does high plant-based mean no animal protein?

It's important to know that eating a high plant-based diet doesn't mean you have to become a vegetarian or vegan. The reality is, some blood types are designed to eat a small amount of animal protein so foods like meat, fish and eggs aren’t off-limits, they just take a back seat to eating lots of unprocessed plant foods. Aim for your plate to be 80% plant-based and limit animal protein to 20% or less. It is also essential to add in good quality fats like organic olive oil, coconut oil, ghee, grass-fed butter, fish (eg free range salmon/sardines), avocado, nuts and seeds etc. There isn’t necessarily one 'plant-based diet' in existence today, but rather dozens of different variations that stem from cultures found all around the world. By the end of the program you may have your own variation to the guide as you learn more about the concept of bio-individuality.

8. Will this program support me to lose weight?

The answer is YES! But this is not a diet, fad or bikini body challenge (although you may end up with one!) In our experience most people lose weight on any given diet/program for a limited period of time but then, without nutritional knowledge and support, revert back to a less disciplined way of eating. In saying that, whilst our focus hasn't been on weight loss, over the years, we have found that when the body is healthy and in a state of balance, many experience wonderful 'side effects' which include sustained weight loss. Many also find that symptoms or ailments, that they may be experiencing, often resolve! We prefer to address root causes of symptoms. If weight gain is an issue we delve into potential underlying causes eg; nutritional deficiencies, food additives, effects of environmental chemicals, lack of love or joy in your life, stress, toxic relationships, financial issues, no exercise regime. Our bio-individual, no one-size-fits-all approach teaches you how to rebalance by nourishing your body physically, emotionally and spiritually.

9. Is the program the same regardless of what targeted Nutrition Collection I chose?

Regardless of what pack you have chosen or whether you are raw, paleo, keto, macrobiotic, omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, pegan or a combination of the above - our holistic approach and nutrient dense, high plant-based way of eating will apply. The Vibrantly Healthy program can also easily be adapted to your gender, age, culture, blood type, level of exercise and lifestyle. This is a global community where we come together with a mutual respect for our individual preferences.

10. I don't have a lot of time. Will I be able to keep up with the modules?

Yes absolutely! We've designed the program so you can go at your own pace. There are a total of 30 modules within the program - 15 health modules and 15 resource modules (full of content to support the health module). Modules are released every three days to allow you plenty of time regardless of your schedule.

11. Will I still have access to the program after 12 weeks?

Modere's high quality supplements and Live Clean products are a large contributor to our clients sustaining their health goals. When you complete the program you may decide to do it again with a different focus eg you may chose the Live Clean Detox Collection when starting the program and then, after 12 weeks, decide to target gut health with the Tummy Love Collection. Down the track you may then choose to take your health to a whole new level with the Vibrantly Healthy Collection. Alternatively, you may not want one of the crafted collections in which case you can discuss your goals with your mentor to ensure an individualised approach. This way you will continue to have access to the content within the program, (which is continuously being updated), your ongoing 1:1 mentorship, access to all of the health coaches and wellness professionals plus the private Vibrantly Healthy community forum for $1 a day (plus your chosen nutritional and Live Clean products).

12. I am pregnant / breastfeeding. Will the Live Clean health coaching program still suit?

There are many herbal supplements that are beneficial during pregnancy / breastfeeding but we kindly ask that you consult with your health care provider before starting the program. Although herbs are natural, not all herbs are safe to take during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. Some may be contraindicated. It is also important to avoid any 'diets,' natural stimulants, herbs that may affect your milk supply or herbs that have a bitter or pungent taste (because the flavour in the breastmilk may cause your baby to refuse the breast). In saying that, whilst pregnant / breastfeeding it is important to implement healthy lifestyle choices, eliminate avoidable toxins in the home and transition to a high plant-based, organic way of eating. 13. Can I do the program if I am taking medications?

If you are on any medications please ask your mentor to provide you with the program details and fact sheets of your chosen Nutrition Collection so that you can consult with your health care provider for approval before starting. 2. How do I know that Modere's vitamin and herbal supplements are high quality?

Modere have a Scientific Advisory Board made up of some of the most respected scientists in their fields, keeping Modere up to date with important developments in ingredient science, the benefits to human health and the health of the environment.

Modere source the highest quality raw materials, and apply rigorous standards to qualify their suppliers who must meet stringent levels of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

They inspect and thoroughly test each raw material in an intensive process that often stretches over five to seven days. Before even being considered, every ingredient must have sufficient information in published literature to support its safety and proper consumption; in turn, every formulation must have scientific evidence to substantiate any benefits claimed.

The raw materials are combined (often using processes unique to Modere) before being subjected to another round of varied and rigorous testing which includes microbiological tests, analytical tests, organoleptic testing, and physical testing. Importantly, Modere has also implemented an effective stability program to establish accurate shelf-life viability. Most conventional 'end-product' formulations are not tested which is a serious problem - certain chemicals when combined can form harmful chemicals that by law do not have to be included on the label!

Modere embrace new technology if it enables them to guarantee the quality and purity of the products. Tools at their disposal include the advanced testing instrumentation of ICP/MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer); HPLCs (High-Pressure Liquid Chromatographic systems); NIR and FTIR, UV/VIS (Ultraviolet / Visible spectrophotometer) and TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography). Playing an active role in purity and content testing, microbiological testing, contaminant testing, and chemical attribute testing these, this technology enables the scientists to perform a broad spectrum of tests on both the raw materials and finished products.

The company also utilise their own independent testing laboratories to enhance their capabilities in areas such as biodegradability and environmental testing, human safety testing, and electron microscopy, as well as in vitro and in vivo clinical studies. Their manufacturing processes provide their products with an unparalleled consistency, uniformity, and safety.

Modere's liquid nutritional products are processed at Aseptic Solutions, an ultra modern bottling plant that incorporates proprietary technology to ensure these products reach you with better (natural) colour, flavour, and freshness. The other nutrition and wellbeing products are manufactured in TGA licensed facilities according to the 'Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Medicinal Products.'

3. Are MODERE nutritional supplements compatible with each other?

Yes. Modere nutritional products are manufactured to the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) The formulations are based on the belief that total body health is entrenched in herbal / botanical medicine and enhanced by modern scientific innovation. Modere combines the best of science and nature together. Modere supplements are crafted to work synergistically to support overall health & well-being with no doubling up! A combination of supplements may be required to address individual requirements.

4. Can I increase the dosage recommended on the label?

Modere formulas are concentrated and effective so you can use less than the industry standard measure to achieve a great result. The only time a person should increase the dosage on the label is under the supervision of a health care practitioner.

5. Can Modere supplements be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Modere does not recommend pregnant or lactating women take Modere products without the specific advice of their health care practitioner. Modere also recommends that any queries relating to health and personal care during these times be discussed in consultation with an appropriate health care professional.

6. How long before I feel the results of taking nutritional supplements?

As we are all different shapes, sizes and experience different levels of fitness and health so response times will vary. It is not recommended for time limits to be put on the results of nutritional supplements. Some people will always experience results faster than others. Keep in mind also, that when we support our body to heal itself, it's not a quick fix approach. Healing takes time.

7. What is the difference between Adult Multivitamin and Adult Multivitamin Plus Botanicals?

There are a number of differences between the two products. Adult Multivitamin provides a higher dose of folic acid and zinc. It also contains molybdenum and vitamin A. Adult Multivitamin Plus Botanicals does not contain molybdenum or vitamin A. It does however supply betacarotene, a vitamin A precursor, potassium iodide and has added grape seed and bilberry extracts. Please don't hesitate to contact your mentor/health coach for individualised support.

8. What is Natural Mineral Drink?

A rich source of natural, bio-available minerals and trace elements. We believe this is the most important nutritional support you can give your body, and yet sadly, Colloidal Minerals are a missing link in many health programs. Unfortunately our modern day diet is often nutrient deficient. Plus, our body doesn't make the minerals it needs for ultimate health and vitality? 9. Why do I need to supplement my diet?

Such an important question! And one many of us asked when starting on our vibrant health journey. In a perfect world, we would get all the nutrients we need from the foods we eat. Unfortunately because of modern day lifestyle and dietary choices along with other factors such as stress, alcohol, caffeine, illness, medications and more, our bodies are often nutritionally depleted. Also important to note is that the majority of our produce today is grown in mineral deficient soils, as a result of many years of poor agricultural practices. The end result of this is that our food is much lower in essential nutrients than they were when our ancestors (and even our parents) consumed them. Essential nutrients ie proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and water are compounds that the body can’t make or can’t make in sufficient quantity. According to the World Health Organization Trusted Source, these nutrients must come from food, and they’re vital for disease prevention, growth, and good health. High quality, bio-available supplements can fill these nutritional gaps.

10. Can children take Modere supplements?

Yes there are many supplements, in the range, that are suitable for children. Please note that some natural medicines may contain substances not appropriate for babies, infants and children so we kindly ask that you consult with your health care practitioner first.

11. Are Modere products 100% chemical free?

Great question! No. Modere products are not 100% chemical-free. In fact, the term "chemical-free" is a misnomer. Any chemist will tell you that there is no such thing as "chemical-free." Please understand that the word "chemical" is not a bad word. Everything we eat, drink, or breathe is made of chemicals. Every cellular reaction in our bodies is a chemical reaction. Every organ, tissue, and biological system is created by, composed of, and functions by chemistry. Take water, for example. The chemical formula for water is H2O, and therefore water is a chemical. When you eat foods, your body breaks down this food into its individual chemical components. Then your body can absorb and recombine these chemical elements to form proteins, lipids, and other components necessary for the life and structure of the organism. The question that needs to be asked here is "Does Modere use any harmful chemicals in its products?" to which the answer is an emphatic NO.

12. Why does Modere use fragrances?

Modere started the Live Clean movement over 30 years ago. They actively avoid over 3,000 harmful ingredients. The ingredients they use are tested extensively to meet their Live Clean standard. Modere products are designed to delight all of your senses and naturally this includes smell. With some products, the scent can be the natural result of the ingredients used. However, some products have fragrances added. The most commonly added fragrances are found in the Personal Care product range. This has led some product users to ask the very relevant question – natural or synthetic fragrances? The short answer is both. Safety is their primary consideration – and naturally occurring does not always automatically equal safer. For example, in 2003 Europe identified 26 natural fragrance allergens that required mandatory label identification.

13. Is Modere GMO free? What about soy?

Modere does not use any GMO products or any GM soy products. When we talk about processing down ingredients, what we mean is, breaking the whole soy bean down and processing its component parts, eg being cleaned, cracked, dehulled, dried, purified. Soy derivatives are a standard inclusion in supplements because they are considered safe for the general population. Soy protein can be an allergen however as a source for the additives, so little protein is left in the final material and until recently, soy labelling was not required for these additives on TGA products (tablets and capsules). This has since changed and TGA labelling now requires the declaration of soy. Soy derived additives must pass rigorous analytical testing specifications before they can be used. These include microbiological analysis, verification of purity, potency, and content according to the certificate of analysis and material specifications, and raw material analysis to ensure it contains no deleterious materials such as solvents, pesticides, toxins, or heavy metals. It should be remembered that the quality and dose of any ingredient has a major impact on its effects. Modere does not use soy-derived additives in high quantities and uses only soy that has been analyzed and verified as being of good quality. We have found no evidence that soy, when consumed in balanced quantities as part of a balanced diet, is potentially harmful. Modere makes every effort to stay current on the latest peer reviewed scientific information on all ingredients used in their products and use only those ingredients that are considered to be safe

14. What is SmartShip?

SmartShip is a program Modere created to help you conveniently replenish your lifestyle essentials. Products on SmartShip will arrive at your desired delivery destination automatically according to the intervals that you choose. Because this is a 12-week program and you are 100% committed to getting the results you want, we kindly ask that you tick "Smart Ship" for each product in your chosen collection and set 'frequency' to 'every month, for 3 months.' After your third (monthly) order you will be receive an email to ask if you wish to continue with Smart Ship. If not you can cancel your SmartShip order. Alternatively you may want to try some of Modere's other phenomenal Live Clean products.

15. How can I modify/cancel a SmartShip order?

17. Why does MODERE not offer free postage in Australia?

Unfortunately there is no such thing as free postage - which is what many companies 'offer.' Couriers have to be paid. The companies that offer 'free postage' often charge more for their products to incorporate the postage costs. Thirty years ago, when Modere started conducting business in Australia, they made a conscious decision to be transparent and not build their shipping costs into the price of the product. As it is, they heavily subsidise the shipping costs every year because they are so high. Australia is such a big country so shipping can be very costly. Modere offer two shipping fees. A city and country fee for packages less than 750gm and a city and country fee for parcels over 750gm up to 20kg. Modere have over 150 products. The focus of the company is to inspire people, over time, to create a Live Clean home - not purchase individual products. No matter how many products you buy each month there will be a capped shipping rate. We aim to do one order a month which includes all of our Live Clean essentials - skincare, personal care, home care, supplements. We are happy to pay postage because it saves us from having to travel to a variety of shops, fuel expenses plus our most valuable asset...time! Saving time allows for an extra beach walk, meditation, yoga class, catch up with friends etc.

1. What is the difference between SHAPE & LIQUID BIOCELL® (LBC)?

SHAPE is an ideal addition for those who are already following a low carbohydrate or ketogenic diet and looking for the inclusion of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) in their wellness regime. LBC is an ideal addition for those looking for joint or skin nutrition. SHAPE and LBC are only available through Modere.

2. Can I take both LBC & SHAPE and at what dose?

Yes, you can take both LBC & SHAPE – it would be recommended to take your SHAPE dose in the morning and your LBC dose in the evening. This way, you will be receiving not only the recommended dose of SHAPE but also reaching your recommended dose of LBC every day.

3. Can SHAPE be used with other detox/weight loss products?

Yes, you can use SHAPE with other detox/weight loss products – we would always encourage you to speak to your qualified health professional before the commencement of any weight loss or detox program to ensure that the program is right for you.

4. Is it recommended that I exercise while using SHAPE?

Yes. Regardless of which program you are following and assuming you have no underlying health issues we recommend at least 30-45 minutes of exercise daily. We would always recommend you speak to your qualified health professional before you start any new fitness regime to work out the right level of exercise for you and as always include a healthy, well balanced diet.

5. How long should I take SHAPE before expecting to see results?

While everybody is different, we would expect that if you are taking as directed you should see results within one month.

6. What does SHAPE taste like?

SHAPE is available in Coconut Lime flavour. It contains no artificial colours, flavours, dairy, or gluten, and is 99.9% sugar free.

7. What texture and colour is SHAPE?

SHAPE has a smooth, creamy texture and a neutral colour.

8. Do you use any artificial colours or flavours?
