I suffered from a variety of symptoms since a teen. With the support of this amazing community, I changed to a high plant-based way of eating and supplemented what I couldn’t get in my diet. I swapped all the toxic stuff in the bathrooms and laundry to clean-label products. Over time all of my symptoms went away and during the process I also lost 20kg in 6 months! I’m now Studying with IIN to become a health coach so that I can help others make the amazing changes that my family have made and take back the power of their health. I have also found amazing confidence through the beautiful people in this community and through the free personal development; I believe we each have the power of our own health and choices in life. Don’t give up it, is so worth it in the end!

 I have had many different health issues since my early 20’s. Two years ago my life changed after being introduced to Andi Hite, an amazing Personal Trainer & Certified Health Coach. I was extremely overweight and clearly very unhealthy. Andi suggested I attend a health talk and WOW did that open my eyes! I learned about toxic overload, how our homes were full of chemicals and the impact these have on our health, gut health and mineral deficiency. I can honestly say that night the penny dropped! When I returned home I got a few garbage bags and threw out every toxic product in my home, makeup and even a full bottle of $200 perfume! I removed all processed foods and that night our new lifestyle began. I continued to train with Andi who helped me with my diet, encouraged me when results were slow, helped me tweak what I was doing and introduced me to Modere’s Live Clean products. Slowly but surely, my life and my family’s started to change. I lost 20kg, I no longer have gut issues, my husband's health has improved and I love that my daughter is young enough to make changes so she doesn’t go through what I went through. I am a hairdresser so not only was I dousing my home in chemicals, I worked with chemicals everyday. I have now made my salons as chemical free as possible and love sharing my experience and knowledge with my clients and staff on all things health, it’s my favourite thing to talk about, all because I met such an amazing young lady, Andi Hite. 

In late 2014 my digestion was a total mess. So much so that after eating I felt ill for hours (sometimes days). I was OVER feeling sick and tired and didn’t know where to turn next. I had tried for years to get answers, and after many expensive appointments was no closer to feeling better. I am so thankful and grateful to have met Mim who led me to the answers I had been desperately searching for, for so many years. She took me to a gut health talk, introduced me to Louise and this community, and they guided me through implementing the simple principles for regaining my health. The impact this has made on my health, the health of my family and my career path is immeasurable! And I am so passionate about what I have learnt that a few years down the track I quit my corporate job to focus on the health of others, to further my education and totally change my career path.
