Her passion is to inspire, motivate and support people to holistically improve their wellbeing. She believes overall health is a balance of quality nutrition, regular exercise and lifestyle choices. It is nourishing your primary and secondary foods so that you are consistently satisfied and energised to live life to the fullest."
Bree has over 8 years experience educating on gut health, lifestyle changes, family health and personal development. Her interest in health started when her youngest son was experiencing health issues. She turned to the Live Clean Collective community for support and never looked back! As a mum, Bree believes we need to set a good example for our children so that they can live happy, healthy lives which is "their birthright and our responsibility." Bree's mission is to help improve children's health by teaching them to love fresh foods. Also, to inspire schools to get back to basics in the classroom.
Margaret has 12 years experience in discovering and on-sharing how to personally unlock your full potential. Her heart sings when she motivates others with regard to their health and lifestyle. Areas of interest are fertility, pregnancy and general women's health. Margaret also loves supporting middle aged women to get back their mojo! She is passionate about medicinal plant foods, herbs and spices and being creative with fruits and vegetables so they are fun and delicious for her two young boys. Margaret acknowledges "health is not just about nutrition, it's lifestyle too!"
Kathleen is originally from Northern Ireland, She has a 35 year background in Nursing, Midwifery, Child Health and Lactation consultancy. She joined our Live Clean Community in 2006 when
her son had significant health issues She focused on healing his gut with diet, high quality supplements and Bio Resonance therapy. Kathleen shares the importance of Bio-Individuality in the pr0gram. Bio-individuality is a concept that helps embrace an integrative approach recognising that everyone is different! There is no one-size-fits-all. No one diet or wellness approach works for everyone.
Joan lives in Dunshaughlin, Ireland. She is a Registered Nurse and mother to 4 'handsome lads.' During their younger years, Joan regularly visited practitioners when her children had minor ailments. Shortly after joining this community in 2013, she saw significant changes in her family's health. Joan completed her health coaching course in 2015 and now works alongside fellow Health Coach Suzanne D'Arcy. Together they visit schools in Ireland on a mission to inspire kids to recognise the importance of healthy eating. They host fun, interactive evenings around cooking, food tasting and goal setting. Within the program Joan will be sharing a concept called Crowding Out.
Leonie joined the Live Clean Collective community over 10 years ago. She has 13 years experience working with clients suffering chronic disease in a variety of rehabilitation settings. Her background as an Exercise Physiologist is complemented by Level 3 Certification in Health Coaching. Using her professional/ personal knowledge and experience, Leonie is passionate about helping others discover their own health and wellness potential. Since learning about the clean living principles, Leonie has been committed to following diet and lifestyle practices which have supported her to overcome a host of health symptoms. She regained her physical and mental strength, and continues to independently manage her wellbeing.
Canadian born Tara McConkey is a Health Coach and Wellness Blogger. Having struggled with acne for years, Tara was fed up being prescribed medication after medication without being offered any long-term solutions. She has been a 'Live Clean' advocate since 2011 after experiencing a dramatic improvement in her own chronic health issues simply by following the principles we share throughout the Vibrantly Healthy Program.
